2Holy Trinity Cathedral – Russian Orthodox Church The Holy Trinity Cathedral, inaugurated in 2016, is the seat of the diocese that com- prises the Russian Orthodox parishes of France, Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal. Designed by architects Wilmotte & Associ- ates, it is topped by 5 traditional bulb-shaped domes made of composite materials — a world first — and covered in 90,000 leaves of gold.
